Show Media created an original marketing strategy for Champagne G.H. Mumm by using the house's tradition of involvement with exploration and adventure to develop a new platform to promote its range.
We created a sales pack and PR collateral that told of their involvement with exploration, recruited a number of brand ambassadors associated with adventure and brought about partnerships with other adventurous brands. Show Media forged a collaboration between G.H. Mumm, Dunhill and Triumph and gave Dunhill customers the opportunity to have a courier on a Triumph motorcycle deliver a bottle of Champagne G.H. Mumm to anywhere within the M25 on two given Saturdays. We developed the brand platform with the creation of PR opportunities. Bear Grylls hosted the highest ever dinner party in a hot air balloon, and this was featured as a cover story in the Weekend FT, for example.
Show Media helped to create the Cordon Rouge club, a society of prominent adventurous people that meets once a year for a celebratory dinner. New members receive a certificate of membership on a scroll and a sabrage sword for decapitating bottles of champagne.
