The Royal Exchange

Savills property services agency, in association with the building’s tenants, appointed Show Media to develop an integrated marketing strategy for the Royal Exchange, the premier shopping and dining destination in the City of London. The brief was to create a consistent identity for the Royal Exchange, starting with redesigning the building’s logo, implementing a new branding strategy, creating and developing a new website, and initiating digital and above-the-line marketing activity. Show Media created an ad campaign and bought the media space. It also created a new database and initiated a quarterly digital newsletter.

Show Media has continued to manage the website and digital marketing activity, designed a second above-the-line ad campaign and booked media space for this, created marketing collateral for the venue — including invitations, banners and window vinyls — and staged events on site for tenants including Omega and Cartier. It has also worked on a number of advertorial initiatives for tenants as well as PR-able projects, such as collaborating with the 2010 Elephant Parade, facilitating the creation of a decorated elephant for Paul Smith and Cartier.
